Winter

I know! I'm totally lame! I've been much better at updating Facebook than the blog. So here's a summary of our past four months! (whoops!)

The last time I'll have a toothless wonder. Sniff-sniff.
Will's b-day. He's a teenager! Sniff-sniff.

Ted's birthday. He's not a teenager.

Our trip to Sea World during our FLA vaca

Wonderful day at Clearwater Beach

The Packers won the Superbowl! Tense-filled 4th quarter during the party we hosted.

The Blizzard of 2011. Crazy amounts of snow.

Merry Christmas!
There! You are caught up. That wasn't so bad.....

Fall

So, obviously I haven't been doing many updates. I update Facebook more frequently, but realize some of you aren't on that, so here are some of our activities from the past few months...

Grammy's b-day celebration. Those bunny ears just never get old, do they?

Mt Horeb's homecoming.....a few moms enjoying the beautiful fall weather before the....

PARADE! Sweetest thing ever! The whole town comes out to watch it! Will in his first marching band experience. (He also won the most red contest in his grade, but had to change into his band uniform)
We had a BEA-U-TIF-UL fall in Wisco!! Note the date, and this day was early release at school, so we (ok, the kids) swam in the lake about a mile from our house.

We've been so blessed to spent time with the Klugs this fall. This weekend Will had a soccer tourney about 4 miles from their house, so we stayed there, hung out with Tyler and Isabella, and met....

BABY MYLES! Nine days old, and at his first soccer game.

A few weeks later, we had our first annual (we hope) "Camp McMillan" with Ty and Bella.

Good times at the new children's museum
I'll try to be better about updates!

SWIM TEAM CONFERENCE
Both boys are on swim team, so our Saturday mornings have been consumed with swim meets! We are so proud, both made finals at the conference meet

During opening ceremonies, the team wore tie-dyed orange socks. Will is workin' the look.

It was hot. The boy's adoring fans (Anna was there too, but who knows where during this shot). Way to go, Gators!

OKOBOJI

One of our favorite parts of summer is our annual trip to Okoboji Family camp in Iowa. Again this year, a FANTASTIC experience!

Dodgeball is always a hit.
Boating on beautiful Lake Okoboji

Even though this camp is in Iowa, always a huge contingent from WISCO!

Gettin' all crazy during worship time

Our friends the Abalos family joined us this year!

Our wonderful counselor, Janet.
Who's coming with us next year????

McMillan Visit

Since our brothers live far away, a visit is always a special treat! Bob and his family came and started off our summer right!

Ted's fav thing to do is ride his bike. He got this passion from Brother Bob. This year, they were able to do Ted's fav event together, "The Horrible Hilly Hundreds". Also joining them were Julie's brother John, Scott Stevenson, (Ted, Bob), Charlie Teasdale, and Julie's brother Greg. Ted said it was his favorite Hilly ever. Yuck.
Anna made lunch for the Dads one day.

And then the fun begins. Many hours playing outside.

Up at my Dad and Judy's on the lake.

And here we are: two McMillan families, Klugs, Millers and Ya Jen

We also went to Elkhorn for an extended family reunion. An awesome game of ultimate frisbee.

Too many to count: McMillans X 2, Klugs, Millers, Magills x 3 or 4, Taylors, Barlows...did I forget anyone? FAMILIES ROCK!
